USMC 250th Birthday Ball

Multiple members enjoyed the historical celebration of the US Marine Corps 250th birthday celebration at the Eisenhower Center in The Villages. Always a fun evening, the additional mystic of a 250 year bash added to the fun of the evening.  Thanks to Road Captain Nic T. for including some Air Foce guys again into the mix🫡

We will be recruiting NEW members and accepting 2025 renewals at the Lake County H.O.G. Membership Table from 10AM - 3 PM during Gator’s 31st Anniversary Party & Chili Cook Off this coming Saturday (2/1).  Be sure to swing by our table for some fun conversation and laughs. Jim DeLaney - Obituary

James Lamar DeLaney, age 91, of The Villages, Florida passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024. He was born in Hampton, AR and was raised in Lancaster, Pa.  As a patriot and love of his country he served in the US Army from 1950 to 1952. Shortly after his discharge he joined the US Army Reserves and retired as Colonel in 1983. Jim started his career in the Transportation industry as a young man and retired as owner of his own Transportation Company in Manville, New Jersey. In 1981 he was elected President of the New Jersey Motor Truck Association.
