Chapter Events

Our inaugural 'Challenge' featured 28 hearty souls who completed the 500 mile/24hr road trip.  Temps on the outbound putt were delightful (in the mid 60's). However, Mother Nature set the temp on the return to 33 degrees -   yielding a wind chill of 10-11 degrees til noon!  All part of the 'adventure'. Great route...fun destination...good food and fellowship.

Lake County HOG joined with The Black Sheep MC & Gator H-D to sponsor what we hope will become a growing annual BIKE BLESSING - opening each riding year joined together infaith, love and safe riding. We enjoyed 80 attendees for this inaugural event, and shared our 'infamous grilled "HOG DOGS" n chips after.  The 80 degree weather and sunshine made for a fantastic day. Daytona Beach HOG captured "da Bacon" during our BACON CHALLENGE on Saturday, June 12th.  Milage was the deciding factor, as Orlando HOG also mounted a significant effort.  146 Hogs enjoyed pancakes and sausage for a breakfast start...thanks to HonorBound!  Looking forward to the next DB challenge event in August!

Hey Everyone, here’s the latest and greatest on the Volunteer Parking Sign Up for next week…  I appreciate the 31 Members that have signed up so far to help fill the 120 slots we need to fill!  A huge thank you!!

TOMORROW IS THE CHAPTER RIDE to 'STEAL THE BACON'!  The program was outlined by Director Ken at the February & March meetings...and plans for the "seizure" are complete. This 'CHALLENGE' comes from the Officer Training seminar for 2023 when the Orlando Chapter described the HOG Character and claimed ownership until 'stolen' by another chapter by attending the Orlando monthly meeting in sufficient numbers to claim the statuette (Members multiplied by miles ridden to meeting - thus, STEALING THE BACON.)

The 2023 EVENT ride has been scheduled for APRIL 22nd! Join the fun and become a PATCHED survivor of this great aligorical pun of Tail of the Dragon with a hearty 11 curves in 318 mile tour through the backroads of central and northern Florida - as well as a quick visit to Georgia. This is a full day event - 9AM to approximately 5PM RAIN OR SHINE!
