STEALING THE BACON!!

* Members riding out of Gator Harley will be gathering at 08:30am and departing at 09:00am, immediately following safety briefing. 

** Members riding out of RaceTrac will be gathering at 08:45am and departing at 09:15am, immediately after safety briefing. 

There are Maps above & below. if you wish to use them, for getting to the Polk County Hog Meeting, getting back toward Gator Harley after Lunch, and a map to get to Ford's Garage or Sonny's BBQ for lunch, there are other restaurant choices nearby, we're providing maps to these two for you convenience.

*** For those heading up to Scott & Stacey's for Target practice, I'd recommend Sonny's BBQ as you'll likely get served faster and be on the road quicker!

The two groups will meet up at the Sunoco Station REST STOP on Hwy 33 where we'll additionally do a 50/50!  Continuing together, we'll ride down to the Lakeland H-D dealership for the Polk County HOG Chapter Meeting, where we'll take a group photo with our LCHOG Banner and hopefully WIN the Bacon!   Please encourage any friends to ride with us on Saturday, increasing our chances of winning and stealing the Bacon! 

Following the meeting, we plan to stop to eat, most likely at either nearby Ford's Garage or Sonny's BBQ.  After lunch we will head back to Lake County along a more scenic route, headed towards Gator Harley (listed as "Bacon to Home" in the maps above & below), while others will head up to the Drosos Ranch for target shooting!  Sure to be a fun day, all the way  around!

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Lake County Florida Chapter #0688 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy
