Florida Panhandle Trip May 4-7, 2023: Will be touring the Armament Museum on Eglin AFB & USS Alabama in Mobile Bay & Day Trip to Thunder Beach

  • We currently have 14 rooms reserved (7 King & 7 Doubles)
  • King price: $369.41 (taxes are included) - Total for 3 night stay
  • Double price: $385.12 (taxes are included) - Toral for 3 night stay

 

  • When you call to reserve your room, tell them you are with Lake County HOG to get the group rate. All the rooms are currently listed under my name (Jon Kurpil). Just tell them you would like to reserve one of the rooms, and they will move one of the rooms out of my name and into your name.

Tentative Agenda:

  • 5/4: Ride to Crestview, stopping by Carrabelle, FL for a photo op with the World's Smallest Police Station. Send in your picture to receive a challenge coin.
  • 5/5: Tour Armament Museum(free admission) and ride to Thunder Beach for the day
  • 5/6: Tour USS Alabama Memorial Park($13pp admission)
  • 5/7: Ride home

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.  All riders and passengers must sign a release. 

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Lake County Florida Chapter #0688 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Lake County Florida Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
