Afternoon Bike Nite Ride In - Harbor Chase of Village Crossing

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Tatiana, I’m the Director of Life Enrichment for HarborChase of Villages Crossing, we’re an assisted living and memory care community located in Lady Lake. I’m reaching out to see if your group might be interested in doing a ride-in style event with us for Father’s Day.

 

We’d love to host your chapter for an afternoon “bike night” here at our location, more of a relaxed ride-in where you can park, hang out, and connect with our residents and guests. I’m always looking for fun and engaging experiences, and I think this could be a great fit.

We can coordinate space for parking, and we’re happy to work around your group’s schedule to make it easy.

 

If this is something your chapter might be interested in, I’d love to connect and talk through details! The date of the event is Sunday June 21st, time pending but we’re looking between 10-2 or 11-3. Thanks in advance!

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.  All riders and passengers must sign a release. 

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Lake County Florida Chapter #0688 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Lake County Florida Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
